The students also produce bulletins, radio and video documentaries, advertisements and other audiovisual products.

Also focused on polishing not just the learning but the technical skills for technical fields like editing, reporting, designing, photography etc. which is an essential part of the field and study. which is necessary in the field of Journalism and Mass Communication. The Course provides Degree in BA (Honors) in Journalism and Mass Communication under the affiliation of Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University. It includes three years professional degree Programme divided into six semesters. The syllabus contains combination of theoretical and practical subjects together.

B.A. (Honours) Journalism and Mass Communication (Semester Pattern) Three-Year (Six-semester) Full-Time Programme. The examination for the Degree of Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication (Honours) shall consist of six semesters.

The Completion of Degree consists in two semester modes

Odd Semester ( I, III, V Semesters) : July to December.
Even Semester ( II, IV, VI Semesters) : January to June.
