In a 2020 learning trends report by LinkedIn Learning's survey, 57 percent of business leaders said soft skills are more important than hard skills in job performance. According to an article published by Luxatia International, a human-centred design approach is extremely important to bridge the generation gap and challenges faced by organisations.
